Waihola Surfacing is owned and operated by Scott and Melissa Leebody, a dynamic duo dedicated to providing top-quality asphalt services.
Scott’s journey in the industry began at the age of 17, and he has experience in excavation, concrete and asphalting. In 2011, recognising an opportunity to offer specialised asphalting services, Scott founded Waihola Surfacing. Since then, we have grown from a small operation to a well-established asphalt company, known for our reliability and quality workmanship.
